Ditashiah Kohn

Ditashiah Kohn is President and Executive Director of Two Bridges Neighborhood Council (TBNC), where she leads the organization’s strategic vision, programs, partnerships, and operations. Since joining TBNC in 2020, she has expanded community-based programming and strengthened services for Lower Manhattan residents.

With more than two decades of experience in workforce development and social services, Ditashiah has led YouthBuild programs, reentry initiatives, and multimillion-dollar nonprofit operations. She also serves as Executive Director of Antioch Development Corporation’s D.R.E.A.M.S. YouthBuild program in Brooklyn, helping young people build pathways to education, employment, and leadership.

Ditashiah holds a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Morgan State University. She is deeply committed to strengthening communities, expanding opportunity, and empowering the next generation.
