Battery to Bridges Coalition, Inc. (“Battery to Bridges,” “BtoBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you visit batterytobridges.org, participate in our programs or online activities, communicate with us, make a donation, or otherwise interact with Battery to Bridges Coalition.
Battery to Bridges Coalition, Inc. is a New York nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Information You Provide Directly

We do not intend to receive or store your full credit- or debit-card number on Battery to Bridges' own systems. Payment processors maintain their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms of service.

We do not sell donor information or donor lists.
3. Newsletter and Email Communications
If you sign up for our newsletter, attend an event, volunteer, donate, or otherwise ask to remain informed about Battery to Bridges, we may send you information concerning:

volunteer opportunities;

Unsubscribing from newsletters will not prevent us from sending communications necessary to respond to a request you made, administer an event registration, acknowledge a donation, or otherwise complete a transaction with you.

Battery to Bridges may conduct surveys and polls to better understand community priorities, opinions, and needs.
Survey and poll responses may be analyzed individually or in aggregate. We may publish aggregated results—for example, percentages of respondents supporting particular waterfront improvements—without identifying individual respondents.
